Sales Assistant
Location: Bellevue Showroom
Reports to: Sales Manager
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and greet clients/guests
- Support the sales team with showroom preparation, vehicle merchandising, and documentation (e.g., new/used car books)
- Assist with transporting and tracking incoming and outgoing vehicles
- Help maintain quality control on reconditioned cars and ensure showroom standards
- Provide courtesy deliveries, coordinate vehicle logistics, and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Record hours in timekeeping system and participate in training
- Uphold Dealership policies, safety rules, and core company values
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
- Experience in automotive or luxury retail is preferred
- Passion for sports cars and motorsport

Service Technician
Location: Redmond Service Center
Reports to: Service Manager
Role & Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and repair work on vehicles
- Collaborate with service and parts teams to communicate needs and updates
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment in the workshop
- Participate in continuous learning and Ferrari-specific technical training
Requirements:
- Formal automotive training or equivalent experience
- Previous work in a new car dealership or luxury-brand service center preferred
- ASE certification(s) are a plus
- Proficient with digital service manuals and diagnostic tools
- Meticulous attention to detail and an eagerness to learn

Porter/Lot Attendant
Location: Redmond Service Center
Reports to: Porter/Detail Manager
Role & Responsibilities:
- Move vehicles on or off site as directed by the Porter/Detail Manager or Service Manager
- Transport clients while maintaining professional standards
- Assist other departments with delivery or pick up needs via a Dealership vehicle
- Help maintain quality control on reconditioned cars and ensure showroom standards
- Maintain Dealership cleanliness
- Uphold Dealership policies, safety rules, and core company values
Requirements:

Accounting/Administrative Personnel
Location: In person – not remote
Reports to: CFO
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist accounting team with reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, filing and other administrative tasks
- Provide secondary coverage for the reception desk which includes answering phones and greeting clients
- Coordinate vehicle licensing and review vehicle deal documents
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- One or more years with automotive accounting experience or educational experience as an AA in Accounting is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Proficient with digital service manuals and diagnostic tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast paced, ever-changing environment

Aftersales Personnel
Location: Redmond Service Center
Reports to: Service Manager
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage front service office operations and greet clients/guests
- Schedule service appointments
- Communicate vehicle concerns from client to service technician accurately and concisely
- Prepare an accurate cost estimate of recommended maintenance and communicate clearly with client
- Explain all completed work to client and collect all necessary signatures and payment
- Record hours in timekeeping system and participate in training
- Uphold Dealership policies, safety rules, and core company values
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Two or more years of experience as automotive service advisor/consultant/assistant
